Chicago Bystander Intervention Training for Employees is a 60-minute online course built to support the City of Chicago's annual one-hour bystander training requirement under the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance. Chicago employers must give every employee one hour of bystander intervention training each year, in addition to one hour of sexual harassment prevention training.

This interactive course teaches employees how to recognize sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and microaggressions at work, including verbal, non-verbal, physical, and digital behavior.
